Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DUSKARENO, the Instagram prospecting software and web app (the "Service"), operated by DUSKARENO MARKETING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with number 17537729, registered office Office 2141, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a plan or credits you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DUSKARENO helps you find public Instagram profiles that match your ideal customer profile, score and qualify them, draft personalised direct messages and manage follow-ups from a unified inbox and pipeline. The Service is software delivered online. We do not guarantee any number of replies, meetings or sales.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Creating an account is free and does not start a paid subscription. Paid features start only when you choose a plan.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans are monthly subscriptions priced in GBP: Starter £19, Pro £49 and Agency £99 per month. Each plan's allowances (connected accounts and leads per month) are shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
• Your subscription is charged at the start of each billing period and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Lead allowances reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice ends; you can cancel before then.
• Charges appear on your bank statement as [DESCRIPTOR].

4. AI credits

• AI credits are prepaid units used for AI tasks: analysing a profile (1 credit), qualifying a lead (1 credit) and drafting a personalised DM (2 credits). We will show any change to these rates in the app before you use credits.
• Credit packs: 100 credits for £10, 300 for £27, 1,000 for £80, or a custom amount at £0.10 per credit in blocks of 10.
• Credit purchases are one-off payments. They never renew and do not create a subscription.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable once used. Refunds of unused credits are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [EMAIL]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and you will not be charged again. Your rights to cancel and receive a refund are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Connected Instagram accounts and responsible use

• You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for complying with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and with applicable law, including the UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and consumer protection law.
• The Service limits sending volume by default (for example, a daily cap on new conversations per account). You must not try to bypass these limits.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, bulk identical messages, harassment, misleading or unlawful content, or to message anyone who has asked you to stop or is under 18.
• Instagram may restrict or suspend accounts at its own discretion. We are not responsible for actions Instagram takes on your account.
• DUSKARENO is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. AI-generated content

Scores, profile analyses and message drafts are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message sent from your account, including messages you choose to send automatically within your limits.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 6 or these Terms, puts other users or the Service at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees for the unused period and any unused credits.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software. You keep ownership of your content and data. You grant us a licence to process them only to provide the Service.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, business or opportunity, or for indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply.

12. Law and complaints

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Complaints: [EMAIL] · [TELÉFONO].
